Presently the company’s processing facility is HACCP compliant but has not achieved certification due to limited investment. The project will assist the company’s processing facility to become HACCP certified , identify the market requirements for CARICOM and French markets and develop a marketing strategy that is sustainable and has a low carbon footprint post project.
